2. Eligibility

You must be:

• A registered studio/business authorized to use the Mindbody API
• Of legal age and capacity to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization

3. Studio Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated Mindbody credentials and studio information
• Maintain the integrity and security of your Mindbody account
• Comply with applicable data privacy laws (e.g., regarding client data access and usage)
• Inform your clients if AI is handling calls on your behalf (where applicable)

4. Client Data Handling

Studio Jovo accesses studio and client data from Mindbody strictly for operational purposes:

• Bookings, cancellations, class details
• Membership and pass verification
• Contact preferences and history

5. Limitations of Service

Studio Jovo is not responsible for:

• Mindbody platform downtime or API limitations
• Client dissatisfaction resulting from studio-side policy issues (e.g., no-show fees, refund policies)
• Bookings that fail due to unavailable classes, required payments, or studio-specific restrictions

6. Payment & Subscription

Use of Studio Jovo may require a paid subscription. Pricing details, billing cycles, and refund policies will be provided during signup. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and technology associated with Studio Jovo are the exclusive property of Studio Jovo and its creators. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform without written permission.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the service or data
• Required payments are not made

9. Modifications
